Beginner Training Plan
One Season Boot Camp (壹季体能训练营), the official Fitness Training Camp of the Run To The Beat Beijing, has created the beginer training plans for the half marathon, 10K and 5K participants in order to help you cross the finishline happy and strong!
As part of the Training Plan, One Season is also offering FREE training classes to race participants of all distances and their friends. Classes start on Feb. 4th and end on Apr 29th. Due to venue capacity limit, reservation is required for all attendees through link posted below.
